Crossing the Harbour Bridge we travel north along the Pacific Highway via the northern suburbs, until after crossing the Hawkesbury River we then detour onto minor roads through rural and bushland areas. We then go for a short bushwalk to examine aboriginal rock engravings, before travelling to the historic Settlers Arms Inn in the quaint little village of St Albans for lunch. We inspect historic remains such an early convict-built road before again crossing the Hawkesbury River (this time on a vehicular ferry) to Wiseman’s Ferry. Driving back towards the city we detour to visit Koala Park (a wildlife park) before retuning passengers to their hotels.
